Learn Hands On Assists / Adjustments Online

Is that possible? Yes!! You just have to practice at home!

Learn the 20 most common assist in a group or class setting during this 10 hour training

This training consists of an introduction to hands on assist, ethics and practical know-how when practicing assist. This is followed by 20 videos that show e.g. what muscles you focus on, where to place your hands and how to move them in order to gain the right alignment or stretch. The training also include the notes with illustrations - this will help you remember all that you learn.

You can not learn hands on assist just by watching videos! You have to practice on your own, but you can do that in the comfort and safety of your home. Ask your kids, husband/wife or yoga friend to help you. Trust me: they’ll enjoy too :-) The practice is needed so you know how much to pull, push or move. It’s different from posture to posture.

This training is approved as 'Continuing Education' with Yoga Alliance.

Rie Frilund Skårhøj (E-RYT500), founder of CrossYoga, is your trainer.

Said About the Training

Sarai, from Norway

“The hands on training has made me more equipped to be able to guide participants in my yoga classes better. It has given me more confidence as an instructor because I learned step by step how to help participants in poses. It reminded me that the most important thing about yoga are not the poses or the sequences but the participants and how they are able to use their bodies. Lastly, it has shown me practical ways to show care for and offer that little extra to participants.”
